not exactly an update

but i still have the enthusiasm for this and will get it done.... one day  the MOT's ran out so next step is to get that back on, the problem with the fuel draining back to the tank i'm hopeing to overcome with a 1 way valve in the line, i got one and fitted it (the correct way  ) i had a go today at starting it - i put compressed air into the tank filler neck as someone was turning it over - the same way ive been starting it ever since i had the problem last year :| but this time it decided to blow the fuel pipe off the top of the tank
so 1 more job on the list

i'll keep the updates coming

got it running again today :D the problem with the petrol leaking back to the tank was the flexi pipe from the tank to the main fuel line i've replaced it tempararly with some flexihose but i'll fit some proper petrol pipe later next week :D

but at least it starts, drives etc. now

just generally getting it ready for the MOT - new wiperblades and new halogen headlights to replace the sealed beams :D

it should be ok to go now but it needs 2 bits of welding on the sills, i dont think it's needed for the MOT but i'd like to do it before i take it and i've got 2 new sills so i might aswell do them both :D

i've also took the search light, blue light and ladders off the roof - when the welders out i'll weld up the old holes :D (if your interested in the ladder they are on ebay £10 2 days left)

anyway here's a latest pic :D
