But, on the bright side, pattern steel ones never fitt straight away too. And at least, after fixing, yours will outlast the rest of your van
Considering your skills, you'll have them fixed in no time at all, I'm sure!

I cut them up and make them fit but will use a lot of time doing it

The original wings need a lot of welding, they will be sandblasted and epoxyprimed and taken care of.
Saving them for later, they will be on the car but not now.
So it is fiberglass for now.

They need a bit of cutting and the piece who is in the center who mounts to the inner wing is going to be cutted out and be remounted in the right place an inch wrong rearwards are it, and some grinding because it is thicker than the metal ones.

From a little distance it looks good, but close up..
I can now see what you've ment.. A lot of extra labour. But in the end you'll be so happy. Never to see rust again in your wings..

Yes that is no fit wings The right front wing is now in five (5) pieces But started today making them to fit.
Havent done anything exept buying stuff this year, great to start working on her again.
My back has not been my best friend lately, have a back injury from work about 20 years ago.
But better now, short days and easy work will do progress

Wow those wings look tricky to get right, seems you're getting on top of it though - hope you don't have to spend too long getting them right.
