Iv already got a fuel pick up from my D2 (if you look in the MK6 section im trying to get a bulk order up for proper take offs)

For the coolant its in the heater feed, its the bottom of the 2 pipes on mine, i just used 2 joining pieces, pipe from engine goes thru pump to heater, outlet goes to the heater matrix

Thanks Guy i would think my heater pipes would be the same as mine is also a 56 plate, mine is rwd so pipes in different places, doesnt the bottom hose go to the egr cooler or back of the engine.

May be different, all i did with mine was clamp both pipes off take off one pipw, start it up and loosen 1 clamp at a time, one the water pumped out i joined into :)

just wored it all in and it doesnt work :(

but for £80 it was worth a shot,

Water pump is going back to mercedes and heater is on ebay now. will be buying a new D5WSC instead to go in there, its the same size but comes complete with water and fuel pump in the casing 8)

now all i need is a radiator to fit in the rear :)
