I know 6 stud is a weight issue, but Im just wondering if you can band some six stud rims for show purposes... Some chrome stud covers

yer I understand that if your using it as a builders van!! but I'm not!! you don't have to carry the weight that the van is capable of! I have been looking everywhere for some 24mm m16 stud covers but all i can find is white ones no chrome at all not even on fleabay! :( was gonna paint the wheels white and then have centre red with chrome nut covers if i could find some,,, dunno what else i can do to make it look good really,
but first i need a nice clean set of 6 studs that i can paint as mine are a bit rusty and so awkward to rub down in that crevis!

You should be able to get 4 wheels sand blasted and powder coated for about £150. Just look for a powder coating company :)
Love how your getting on with your van by the way, top job 8)

true but the paint will be a lot harder wearing if you have them powder coated and the finish will last longer :)
