went the whole hog now, bourt a brand new Hydronic D5WS, Brand new wiring loom and timer

fitted in the same place as the old one, works a treat, engine is up to 80* in about 15 mins

just got to wire it to the cab blower and plumb in the back along with the valves etc, basically im going to fit 2 valves, one to isolate the engine and one to isolate the rear,

when im not camping il isolate the rear and all the heat goes to the engine, when im camping il isolate the engine and all the heat will go to the rear

in the back im going to fit a normal house radiator, that running at 80* will soon warm the back up, only issue i can see is bleeding up the radiator, hopefully i can just fill it up via the bleed screw in it and go from there,

with the valves im using i can completely isolate the heater and the valve when there closed loop the pipes together so i can just carry on driving without the heater connected, i will so this in the summer to stop the pump in the heater wearing excessivley

Rather than fitting a radiator it would prob be better to fit some underfloor heating pipe providing you can that is. If not you could fit a length of perimeter heating as it would give a better spread of heat and because it's so much lower it would be easier to bleed :D

The way its plumbed it should run at a constant 80* and bleed up very easily hopefully
