Ive just caught up on this thread. I must be the only person not to have ever heard of this 3001!

I wonder if anyone has any history on this vans later life? How it come to be in a field and what happened to its orignal interior etc etc.

Problem is, Ive followed its progress on a few forums and its all gone quite... I dont think it was going be a quick job remetalling and his possible got a bit bored of it and will no doubt get back to it when his ready, well lets hope.

Madvanman of UKstreetvans owns it now, he has started on the restoration of 3001 but it not in the best condition. He has done some work on it but no sure how much. :evil:

3001 has not been left to rot. she's indoors waiting until i have the time to do a proper rebuild, this van deserves my full attention ,i will not do a rush job due to lack of time.
since my business collapsed i have had to work for someone else leaving me with less time to work on her, but i have defiantly not given up on her.
