just bought a set of wings,front arches & door sills off ebay £95 the lot
so im gonna get this one ibn for the test later this week get it legal then i can get hold of another one
if its got tits or wheels its always gonna end in trouble !!!
anyone can restore a van but it takes a real man to chop it up !!!

sides are very straight just the usual arch and bk door rot
if its got tits or wheels its always gonna end in trouble !!!
anyone can restore a van but it takes a real man to chop it up !!!

its booked in for mot in the morning at 11.20 just know its gonna fail

will be taking pics as i go along gonna spend rest of month collecting bits then gotta start

ok back from test failed not that i was expecting it to pass.
5 small bits of welding on o/s sill , inner sill & doorstep
tiny bit of welding on chassis o.s
cracked screen
o/s flexi pipe & rear brake pipe
usual advisories arches bk door bottoms etc
but on the whole better than i expected
all the usual back end box sections are all good
so not a bay buy after all
ill sort most of this this week
if its got tits or wheels its always gonna end in trouble !!!

today im getting the welder out and getting the mot work sorted
bought these off ebay for £95 seemed a good price

MOT wasn't a massive fail by any means and those rust repair sections are certainly a bonus...I'll be watching to see what happens next
