i have only worked on 1 euro 5 mate and when the van come back after the engine was rebuilt its wasnt running right and it turned out it had the wrong injector codes in the ecu changed them
to the correct ones, and done what you have done reset everything as pump pilot learn is not an option on the euro 5, hence being the Siemens system

but i have fitted injectors to the fiesta vans 1.6 hdi and never programmed them in but i think they are the euro 3/4 Siemens system

and have you noticed you put them in cylinder order not firing order

not that again, i never programmed them i just copied what was already there
I've always done 1234 like that

could you not buy another chassis leg and cut the worst out then weld the new section in place like i did

I can buy a whole new leg but either way this 1 needs pulling so that anything that is moved gets pulled back to where it should be then i can replace any panels i need to
