been looking around the van to day after cleaning it 1 black bag full of rubish i all so found a tool for undoing the 6 stud wheels with the chassie name no on it and at the other end is red like a crow bar maybe for taking the ford wheel trim dishers of when it had them and a new window wiper in packet some bottle x2 says lucas on them maybe power steering fluid + i found a mk5 grill in silver so i can iver have it orange mk4 grill or mk4 in gray as it is on the van of a sprayed orange mk5 grill

next thing is geting a sliding door sorted and a new right one on back door or a pair if the scrap man does me all the 3 doors for a nice price

moving the wooden bulk head to behoind the sliding door so its like a crew cab with gray line carpet in and it will be two single carlton seats in
but tomoro after i been to scrap yard i will be puting some speakers in behind the plastic covers nere the shock nuts cover if you know where i mean as i tock the mk4 door cards of and there ant any speaker holes to put any in + if i do put some in as on the mk3/4/5 problems i put about fiting speakers and it seem you just cut a template out and put them in the door card it self but as i need some better door card as the tray at bottem broken and one missing i will use these two to try before useing the other ones when i get some tomoro
so that will be 4 speakers at the front mght even put some in the bulk head and get a 3 seater transit seat like the ones in the transit tourneo that fold IF i get one that is might even have to be one out a car to match the front ones when i put them in and make a wooden box and use the bulk head as if thay was in a car but dont know yet! any way thats it for to day

well to day i got some carpet coming on monday 13x6 ft gray cord for when i do the crew cab bit

front disk and pads 6stud about 50.00-60.00
ball joints 25.00 for both

air filter about 7.00

iam gona keep buying parts i need till i passed my driving test as in i use my ebay money for the parts and when ive passed and two weeks from mot put all th new bits on but i will leave the cam belt for now and the brake pipes for the garage to do.
iam looking to see if my hand brake doing it job or not as then you pull it up it dont ratchet but still goes up and when you push the button in and move the hand brake up and down you can here it moving the back brakes
should the hand brake make a ratchet noise like daves does only mine dont just pulls up
just wounded if all mk4s like this or wether my hand brake cable need tightering

could explan why i got a bad thump and a sliding door that keeps falling of there but your silver rail looks strighter then mine

to day been taking the floor mat up and the in side the van looking at for front shock mountings seem good so thats made me feel better

its for some thick steel its about 1 1/2 so i can cut it up as its a 6ft by 8ft so it be for my seat adptors from my rise and fall frame for the carlton seats
