Well, other than the passenger seat (the middle rear bolt holding the seat the the other van stripped its head

) the cab is back together -and it doesn't rattle!
The Traction control light is on (I assume the SAS needs recalibrating) but otherwise all seems to be well

The cab is a much nicer place to be.
Unfortunately the leak off O rings haven't fixed the diesel leak

(I assume its still diesel and not oil/water - I haven't checked yet) so that needs further investigation, it has made it better.
The handbrake light doesn't go off unless you push the handbrake lever down (did that before) - I don't know if its a common issue?
The engine started hunting (had only driven a few 100 yards) so a pump/pilot learn and possibly an SCV/PRV is on the cards. The engine also sounds a bit rough. Now the cab is cleared I can hear all the other noises and rattles... its definitely got an engine whine, I can't decide if its a boost leak or the turbo spooling or even the aux belt, and the brakes are noisy (new pads required maybe?).
It seems a bit flat for a 140PS, and there are too many gears

I found myself in 4th gear rather than 5th or 6th most of the time.
I have also misplaced my V-linker which is a pain
