Right you are going to bloody love this, especially my mate in the post above i.e muck and dust collector!
Well it seems it doesnt just gather muck and dust but also seems to attract WHITE BLOODY PAINT, I parked at a job yesterday and the bloke was spray painting a house, so obviously i moved it straight away when I saw this, the van was then parked in the furthest space away I could get it, anyway after returning to the van I discovered that she now has a lovely coat of white spots of paint all down one side and the roof and rear doors!!!!!
Being a kind person without the hump I booted the back gate open of the building he was working on, and without giving a flying XXXX who was there I got the bloke outside to admire his unknown artwork.
The bloke was a bit emotional when I finished discussing certain facts with him, and he will be kopping the bill for the firm that is coming out this afternoon too do some funky stuff to it!
So yeah, add that to the dust and muck and paint collector and enjoy a small giggle at my expense, I would probably been better off not announcing this, but sod it- if you cant take the preverbial out of yourself then life aint worth living!!!

You'd be able to remove it with a clay bar and then a light polish. I'd want to check the finish in bright sunlight before I paid anyone for removing the white paint.

How old is the van now?

5 days old!!!
I have left work early and am at home now, there are 2 lads outside working on it and the paint seems to be coming off!! Its only small specs as the picture shows but its bloody annoying the company that are doing it are here http://www.max-wax.co.uk/ and they seem to be doing a sterling job!!
I will let you know more later just took a coupe of pics of them just as proof of it being done !!

Done what you said mike and checked it again this morning here is the result!!
Well pleased with it! £140 it cost including the 4 hours labour with products.

Yes mike they did pretty much EXACTLY what you said, I showed the bloke your reply while he was doing it and he laughed and said " that's spot on, nice to see someone knows how to look after there vehicle" nice one Mike

You have to have a rough idea if you're going to have a black vehicle, you can tell the people who haven't got a clue.
