Also just to let you all know I've already got Vantuner geared up for the mapping he says as he's never done one in person he's unsure exactly what it will make but looking at the mapping graphs 30+ extra should easily be achievable!! I've already done the decat etc prob fit cold air feed and filter and keep fingers tightly crossed for the 200ps mark.....

any chance of a closer pic of the pistons, they look a different shape to tdci and tddi transit ones. the 2.2 mondeo injectors do have a different type nozzle to all the mondeo and transit 2.0, 2.4 tdcis.

Also the 2.2 155ps mondeo injectors are cheapest from ford, you can get a full set of refurbs for £600.

Do you think you could measure the inlet and exhaust valves aswell?
Since i havn't split my engine yet as it seams ok.
Ive measured everything else on the engine and far as i can see is identical to the 2.0 just the different crank and conrods to get the 2.2.

Need to join them back in the middle at the non hardend parts

And offside needs the mondeo shaft on the inner side to allow it to fit the inner shaft with bearing on.

Well picked all the engine bits up today and it turns out the block is U/S as the small pitting it one of the bores has not come out so looks like I'll be removing the engine from the van first and stripping it to use that block but never mind the head pistons rods and crank are mint. I'll get the measurements tomorrow of the bits wanted
