not much done today
prepared the roof , removed all the ply lining and carpeted the sides ready to fit some windows
all ready for me to paint it on monday

U had a look on vansports website windows seem cheap?
If it not a Ford then you can keep it.

Think I will be having two of those then!!! :D Unless there is anyone cheaper?? :? Tried to price the small parts infront of the glass that secure to the b post, at first the parts lad seemed v confused, but he thinks they are on £36 each. Should finish job of nice but Will see tho.

That's cheaper than the prices at the place I got mine from - http://www.leisurevehiclewindows.co.uk (price list in PDF format at http://www.leisurevehiclewindows.co.uk/ ... s_2011.pdf), though I ended up paying less because I picked them up. 2 x side windows and 2 x rear door windows, trim and bonding kit came to £310 (price in price list would have been £365+delivery).

£36 seems a bit steep for those little parts. Maybe they could be cut from black perspex?

well busy today for me

but here is what i managed to do

a couple of coats of purple left from my wifes car just to stop the red bleeding through

and after 3 coats of base coat

and 4 coats of laquer later on

just a lottle bit to flat off and then a buff up in a few days
