thanks as i can get ambulance mounts of some one who got one he replaced v6 with a di will use landy but it will take 3 times longer as i dont like to push her over 55 mph she is 30 yrs old now pulls like a train but very thirsty and slow but i love her

yes mate just been looking on here for topics on putting the v6 in (not 24v) i got the mk3/4 mounts and auto box all out off ambulance was thinking of putting ifs on it aswell it going to be my own weekend project no garages this time

well the kurb weight of a mk5 lwb semi high is about 1800kg - I would expect a mk2 to be similar

I would think the trailer would be ok (just) but you won't want to tow it with the Picasso!

its ok i got it back with the landy pulled it no probs but drunk petrol worked out at 12 mpg but empty only does 18-20ish
