The diesel should bolt up to the pinto type 9 box - but you will need a diesel pinto clutch...

Personally I would keep the tourneo gearbox on the engine and use the propshaft off the tourneo too (but you may need to get it modified & balanced)

yeah i agree with matt keep the MT75 :D if you cut this bit of floor out of the tourneo it'll fit like a glove on your mk2 floor :D then you'll have loads of clearnace and be able to change the clutch without removing the engine :D

best cut my disc cutter out:)

do any of you guys no if the turbo engine wiring loom is seperate from the rest of the loom in the tourneo?

as i am think possibly using the whole loom and the epic pump as it runs well at the moment but i do have a bosch manual 146 pumping as well just in case
anything i need to consider before i jump right in !

The epic loom is integral to the dash loom - however I expect with quite a lot of time and patience it wouldn't be too difficult to split it out?

Bosch pump is definately the easiest way to go though!

bosch pump looks a winner but what about the sensors on the pipes and all the vacum things hanging about? or just leave them un plugged?
seems a shame to dismantle something that works fine :) (still want the bosch matt)

none of the sensors are needed so leave them unplugged.

When the engine comes out there will only be 1 boost pipe which needs to be unplugged and this just needs to be blanked...

Feel free to ask any questions when I come and visit... its often easier to show than explain...
