Done some more to it 8)

Moved me tool box and i have set about moving the bulkhead back so i can crew cab it 8) 8)

Just got to cut the windows out in both SLD's :twisted:

and i have bourt some paint. 2 tins of genuine MF tractor enamel :shock:

Custom paint job!
Current Transit: Mk8 tourneo Sport with go faster stripes.

Long time sold: Mk5 LWB 190, 2.5di banana SHR, 3 seats, SLD, Twin rear doors (rusted bottoms), manual locking & windows.

Wow that seems like a big pressure drop across the intercooler. :shock:

What intercooler are you using?

I'm still suprised the EPIC has a problem with it. My van has no problem if I run it with no boost at all, other than going very slowly! :P

The only problem I can see is that the extra piping and intercooler will introduce a delay between the the turbo spinning up and the boost pressure reaching the inlet manifold, where the EPICs boost sensor is.

Looking good though. :)

Its a escort series 2 turbo IC i believe :?

AC is here 8) 8) 8)

but one of the pipes is cracked :cry:

but tomorrow it will be dash out and new heater box in :shock:

in theory everything except the AC sensor wiring should be there (i have found all the plugs :twisted:

so by tomorrow i should have a recirculating heater and the wires ready for the AC 8)
