No, you should be able to read the van config but you need a had decent laptop or it can freeze with programming functions

2gb ram is OK tho

Hmmm, that might be the problem then, had to put it on the old lappy (wouldn't have it on the W8 one)and I don't think it has 2gb, I'll have to see if I can upgrade it

W8 64bit i don't think it works on w8 32bit, another member said it worked on his w10 upgrade but it didn't work on my mini tablet w10 but said the same thing 'insufficient hardware '

I finally got my RAM from the foreign blokey on egay and installed it, and hey presto retrieve vehicle config worked a treat

Went in the modify, and changed to heated rear windscreen, plus changed to upshift warning while I was there to see if that worked But, the rearwash wipe is set to no rear wash wipe, and there's no option to change it

Upside is that heated rear works, and I get power to the connectors for the screen so no re-wiring required

Any ideas on the wash wipe Obviously, my washer works as I have the double pump and c-max stalk, but no wipe

I struggled to get the extra washer out.


Cleaned everywhere up and need to replace the rocker cover tomorrow, got some pictures of the faces on my endoscope which I'll post if i don't forget

Thanks, yes, they are very keen on getting that paperwork sorted too eh A contractor that worked there when I was there tried to fiddle it, and got arrested in the middle of the night

Looks like a result to me

I don't have the facility to visually inspect spray pattern or measure fuel flow, ids passed injector learn on the second attempt, suspect i should have given it a good run to clear all the air out and lubricate the pins thoroughly.

Nonetheless they passed ids learn so for now I'm very happy.

Also when they failed the first learn it was almost immediately on test point 4 and i could hear odd sounds, probably for the above reason but the interesting thing is that ids reported something along the lines of, test aborted, validity of performing this procedure is being looked into. yes and the result was..... Fook denso off and use Siemens
