I think:
Open the door and remove the bolts on the curved bit, then close the door and remove the rest of the nuts on the inside (mine were rusted and I had to cut one off) then maneuver the track off of the door roller. There is some kind of stop and spring action thing as well I think.
I cant remember if I had to support the back corner of the door (on a milk crate and some blocks of wood) or if that was when I needed access for welding.
Anyway, it's doable on your own.
