So today's little jobs, oil and filter, air filter, Ford screen wash.

Changed the older abs pump for a newer 1 with hill assist.
Had the best idea of undoing it all and putting a bag over it to collect the fluid, it worked flawlessly until removing the pump slipped and pierced the bag which pissed out  I saved most of it and binned the bag. Half threaded 1 of the 13mm unions too but it fixed in the end. Need to bleed the brakes before I go anywhere  need to fit the lon sensor too.

The van has had a brake pipe and has been painted all over with black stuff so despite looking rough it is pretty solid 8)

Tomorrow I plan on painting the back with hammerite then ply lining it then carpet. If I can. :o

Wouldn't rustolium be better to paint inside the back? Just a thought

I've never had a rust treatment that didn't seem to accelerate more rust  I'm happy with good old oil based paint :P

Hammerite it is 8) hopefully be cheap enough.

What a balls of a morning, so I set about bleeding my brakes, I used a vacuum pump and also my sealey tp69 pump on the nips, lots of air in the system as I'd replaced the abs pump, mrs dad came along and so he helped, also did an ids service bleed.

Bought some trim and silver hammerite not hammerite, later will buy veltrim, couldn't get ply sheet.

And this came.
