Bloody feckin shity w*** water leak.
Had the little Montys out with the pressure washer today. All I ended up with was 2 very wet children. Took them out for lunch and to the library, came home and just as we turned in the drive a thunderstorm. Brilliant. Everyone in the Van. We sat there for about about an hour. NOTHING !
Came out to give the floor a second coat and we have a pool of water. Bugger, cant put my carpets down till I find it. ANY IDEAS ???

Are there any drain holes that are blocked from the roof? On our mk2s it's the front scuttle./ window rubber....

we are now having another thunder storm here in the god forsaken fens.
i am sat here with a limback pot noodle and some of that sh*t coop flavored water in the van. Is it leaking ? Is it f***.

Water leaks are about as hard as it gets sometimes.

Just think simple. Get some steps and see what's up top outside, it has to go somewhere. Rust holes behind window rubbers are always a favourite.

On mine at the very top of the front wing there was a small gap (between wing and windscreen pillar). Water was getting through here, running down onto inner arch but also along down rubber of the door then onto footwell. May be worth a look. I filled the gap with PU sealant and been dry since.

this was my first port of call, because it sounded the easiest. Now i have found the problem. A tiny hole on the pillar at the bottom. Well it was a tiny hole until i prodded it with a screw driver .
Will post a pic when i get in. Its about 2 and a half inches max now its cleaned up. But i cant get a welder to it without taking the screen out
this isn't where i want to be with only a week to go.
