the engineers have decided to make the middle bit in 2 half's a top and a bottom
as it would be difficult to get in and out as one piece.
bottom angle frame with half a sheet of 12mm ply in it
that bits already made and in the the van :P ..except it needs paint and ply
...
and a top half to match the rest of the caging angle frame with 19mm tube at 75mm ish gap
under construction.....
luckily I bought about 5 metres too much tube for the back door still need a bit more thoughImage

looking forward to getting sooty on the road more than billy really sooty+ bike engine is next years to do thing ;)
ply is good for in the back I just chuck one of those initial services floor mats down and a bed on top
they are rubber backed carpet 6x4, 3 for twenty spot from splendidpets ;)

Had a rusty old 58 plate 85 ps swb.180 thou .most reliable bus ive ever had

12 plate limited 125bhp 260 that got nicked :shock: :shock:
