I originally wanted to flare my rear arches,
but was warned no to on here, cos it could turn real messy.
So, following current trends, I recently bought some plastic Transit Connect wheel arches instead.

Well ... This week I took one look at fitting them, remembered that I'm no good with plastic,
and threw them back in the van (anyone wanna buy them? 40 plus postage the pair).

Flared the standard arches instead

Started to repair and extend the rear bottom corners

And then slapped some filler and paint on it for the night

Next day, started shedding some weight before getting on with the other side

Then phone battery got low, so no more pics for now.
Got one corner nearly finished.
It's a bit Supervan2.

Pics ASAP (promise Alan).

Found out this weekend that without rear bumper end-caps,
there's quite a spray up the body from the rear tyres

Took the rubber strip off my drivers door yesterday cos I don't want them on.
Found rust, a hole, and lots of filler

It's also rusty at the bottom, so I'll be looking for a good door to replace it now

Finally got the fog holes cut out of the front bumper :D

But found I'll need to chop out some metalwork behind to make room for them

Still looks awesome especially with the Mk6 bumper on. I've had no time or money to do anything with mine, really wish I could get it on the road.
