This is going to make so much difference, the 5.14 is a poor excuse for an axle, even one for work

bloody hell 6 months to do a axle change
if only i had some spare cash as it would make a nice motor, mind you with no back axle on it its not worth more than a couple of quid

 it's worth more than a few hundred as it sits

we'll have the axle on no probs just looking back at the thread i got the axle for this same day i got my F150 axle and thats been fitted and running for ages  - it'll be a shame to sell this before we've fitted the 330bhp ecu and ran it down the strip tho :( but problem is it needs some green injectors and a 3bar MAP sensor to make it work best :)

stu's also considered flogging just the cossy bits - (everything to convert a mk6 to cosworth) and have this as a 140ps diesel and use it for work - but depends on what comes up :)

just reading back a few posts - this is no longer for sale

Today we fitted the axle :D :D all being well this should be up and running as a daily driver around the end of the month :D

Stu's also after a set of sportvan wheels for it - after contemplating lots of colour schemes he's eventually settled on white with a black roof, we're gonna fit the mk7 back seats we have in it and change the front ones to mk7 to match :D not sure yet if we'll fit side windows :)

i'll update progress as we go :D

Luke I think you might need to contact the guiness book of records as ten months to change a axle must be a record
