All but 1 of my air con pipes are repaired

The one left blew out on the pressure test. :(

so another week without A/C

also i think the alternators died :(

Colour coded the mirrors today

And fitted a new amp

The air con is bloody cold thou

Sorted out me earthing problems today 8) 8)

Going to have the alternator output checked tomorrow

may exen start drawing the plans for the subframes :shock:

it seeoms everything id different on the air conditioned vans :shock: :shock:

I now need a new top hose and i need to lose the bad boy bonnet and refit the MK5 slam panel

also lost the intercooler and the cossy one dont fit so i am thinking of an over the top one with bonnet vents :shock:

The only thing that might need to be altered is the nearside grill support :| Moved to the outer holes :?:

The bonnet is off a MK4 and doesnt work with the MK5 slam panel.

The MK3 slam panel doesnt fit with the condencer in place :(

My intercooler will either be fitted under the bumper or on the plate behind the oil cap

Update

Intercooler is now out :( and the van pulls better and the turbo spools up much quicker without it :shock:

And thanks to Monster one i got me a pod :shock:

going to fit the oil pressure guage in the hole

fitted my night heater today 8)

and found a rusty mess on the floor. so guess what im doing over christmas :(

and she repaid me by breaking down :shock: :shock:

nothing too serious

the plate id used to bung the hole for the EGR came loose and i lost all my boost :shock: it was OK below 2000rpm at about 0.5 bar boost, after 0.8bar the plate lifted and all the boost whent.

so limped home smoking like fook :lol:

and the pump started ratteling even more and i think im losing an injector. roll on new engine :twisted:
