Jacking the back of the van isnt a problem, but the front is already awkward with the spoiler.
The skirt is going on the side of the sill, just under the door line, as I want them up as high as they would go. Ive got some thick plastic sheet on the shed roof, I might be able to make something out of that :?

Nice work but if I might make a little suggestion I think they'd be better if the rear end flared out like the front does. Not that they dont look good anyway because they look brilliant
Are you gonna do some acrches too? Maybe smooth them into the sills real subtle. 8) 8)

you know what i have nevr used sika fles till a couple of days ago i have got to say that is some serious stuff. we used it at work to hold some duct work in place on the roof. bloody things are rock solid.

the good thing about sika flex is that when its dry it becomes like hard rubber with no movement but can still take serious nocks with out breaking its seal.

probably the best stuff for them side skitrs. let me know if you want some. its quite expensive stuff, but ill sort you out a few tubes no problem. :D

problem with bonding them on with silkaflex is its pritty perminant - what if you ever need to get them off :?: - say the sill needed welding behind it or just some rust touching up would probly destroy them getting them off :? i think i'd rather make brackets and either pop rivit them to the sills - not really sure how the top edge could be joined tho :)
