well still no MOT  going this next week

but ......... got it started using its own starter motor for the 1st time in ages this morning 8) - needs the starter motor mounting modding slightly then it should be back A1
quite a few little jobs to finish off but nothing to stop it driving round - then we've the injectors and chip etc. to fit get it making decent power 8)

But north weald july10th 2011 is the target :!: :!: :!: YB vs JZ  8)

not fitted them yet but stu's got a set of sportvan alloys for it 8) - gonna get em refirbed and powder coated white then some 235/50R18 tyres and it's all set

another trying to get it ready for a show update

this time trying for north weald 2012  the sportvan wheels are now white and the tyres are ordered :D

but we can't get it to tickover properly or rev

done a compression test - all good
had the injector rail off and all 4 injectors blue are working (spraying as they should)
seem to be getting a spark at all 4 plugs - but in the end the battery went flat :x

we'd like to get it at least MOT-able so we can drive it up to my garage to work on it :)

another related point we fitted the green injectors and none worked (fitted into the fuel rail spraying into air) - we thought this a bit odd as they were bought as a good working set and for all 4 to be faulty is strange - anyone any ideas why - will they need an uprated pump to work :? and can we get then refirbed :?:
