Discoved a breakers 20 mins drive from me today,
which turned out to the best breakers I've seen in years
Proper old-school breakers, cars and vans piled up on one another
None of this new-fangled environmentally friendly recycling centre bull nonsense

EDIT; Cambridgeshire Salvage, in Chatteris

I had to grab a thermostat housing and dash,
but they said it'd be ok to come back to have a proper poke about and rummage,
but I did notice a van with a good Mk4 front grille!

Will go back in the new year and get as many pics as I can for you all

Is it a low roof by any chance? still after the 3 internal roof supports.

its a semi the same as ure 1 as by suports do u mean the ovel shape bars that go across the roof?

Whatever holds the roof up and the headlining clips to.
I expect semi ones could be cut down to low height.
I think I'm gonna have to arrange a trip up to you with some tools Bri

if it 4 the van on this threed then yes its the same but mines longer its going to b weighed in in the new yr so b snappy the door is 99% slight rust buble on 1 corner if u want roof suports ill take the lot out itsgot a100% scratch free dash if u want it free just let me no paul if u want to come and rip at it no prob dont worry about pennys just paypal when ure a bit flusher i no how tight things r im at mc donalds part time so its hard for all of us. but if we all do old school and look out 4 each other it makes it easer

It is for my semi high roof SWB but I'm fitting a LowRoof headlining.
I think the roof supports would help me mount it, even if needing a little modding here n there,
so yeah, rip em out for me geeza Got a good dash already though, thanks.
My door's got a dent, rust, and a fairly big hole in it, so I'll defo take that, nice one.

Well chuffed with my new thermostat.
It had no hole in it, so guessing it was a genuine Ford article,
and the van now warms up much quicker, which is nice.
The old one had no hole either, so I'm now thinking that it may have been partly stuck open.

Also done some interior work in the back during December.
Fitted a new thicker ply floor to reduce noise, and made a start on carpeting the MDF side panels.
Wood and carpet was free from work Result.
