Yeah makes no sense, on intercooler. Only 3 possibilities:
1 intercooler leak
2 intercooler blocked
3 intercooler hoses different size to stock

Can't think why after this unless yours had a sensor on it.

wow never seen a spec lift with a front mount intercooler coooool :D
also does it make much different when towing

without the intercooler, just with a tuned up 100ps TD i can tow a vauxhall omega up a 15% hill in 4th

hopefuly the intercooler and my new turbo will help things
