Thanks :) Not much talk right now, as I am quite sure on most things and don't have questions. That's why I let the pictures speak for themselves. Today I started to finish the roof. Also deactivated the EGR, though don't feel more power or any change...

Yesterday and today were a bit troubleful.. Still I solved the problems in a way. And the carpet will do the rest :)

Sidedoor - The door just didn't open anymore and in the end I destroyed this one accidentaly. Anyway will use the wood for other things and just put carpet over the insulation.

The insulation works fine btw, I can warm up the inside of the car just by working :) Without heating it doesn't really get warm but still my breath doesn't condensate in the air anymore after a while and I don't need my jacket. Outside it is around 1°C.

The handle and the ribbons are kinda recycled from the ambulance interior. This flap is damn solid! Took me quite a while to adjust and really annoyed me, but now it's real fun to open and close it. No more hobbies needed :)

Actually got a little more further today but forgot to take more pics. In the end I unmounted the kitchen again for the final insulation foaming. Some few cracks where still not finished. I made some more flaps and also planed the table. It will hang down from the roof and can be mounted directly underneath the window to protect from burglers :) I also testet the two new cabinets. What can I say, I did some chin-ups on them without any movement or cracking --> rock solid! :) More pics maybe tomorrow.

Thanks! Am having a short christmas-break with some underbody-oiling and renewal of the valve hood gasket. More to come soon!

I had some further thoughts of how to realize a simple toilet. I will not go for the chemo-version, as I usually don't visit too many camping sites during a trip. So no way to empty this one. I will buy a very simple version, maybe like this one:

http://www.amazon.de/SunnCamp-Lulu-Tour ... ertoilette

I'll integrate it into the seats which have the bed-extension on top, so it's covered double. It's a kind of bucket and I'll use cat litter and think it will work good (it closes water proof). A bit disgusting topic maybe, but there's nothing worse than needing a toilet urgently during a rainy night in a city! Or having a sick stomage and depending on dirty toilets of gas stations.. [Puke-Smiley]
Same thing with the shower. 40°C in the summer and no place to shower for more than one day? No way! Ok, it is possible NOT to have those two fancy options on a bigger trip. But my experience tells me that I never want it to be like that again ;-)

Today some work on the kitchen. Doesn't look like too much work, but it took me quite a while to adjust everything and make the boxes save from moving around.
