More progress :mrgreen:

transferred the templates onto steel today :D

then again with the bare block in the correct position tacked them in place :D

then removed them from the van to be fully welded up on the bench then shotblasted and painted :D

so all being well we'll have a non running but cosworth mk6 this weekend :mrgreen:

here's a pic of the workshop :lol: the forktruck ive had since i was 18 where i used to work they were chucking it out :D its 12v works of a car battery and has an inbuilt charger, lifts over half a ton 8) - i got it for free :mrgreen: and it's been used on almost every engine swap ive done since :lol:

also continued to strip the bits off the cossy, shame its a 4x4 as it has all the front diff and driveshafts crap on :roll: thats whats holding us up atm, other than that it's all undone :D

what did you cut the 1/4 plate with, looks too neat for a grinder...

1994 2.0 EFI 80 SWB cosworth 24v work in very slow progress. Radiant Pink.

i would of marked and pen it then got my 10 inch grinder cutter on it :lol: what welder you got to weld them luke?
mines a mig pro clake 90

i haven't welded them yet :!: they are tacked with my sip140 but i'll weld them at work tomorrow with the 200 amp one :D
