You only need two tools in life: WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape.

mabe a webcams a good idea - just realised somone had took the ford badge off the front  it was there yesterday :!: dunno why they took it! cant say it was exactly mint :?
the cd was my own fault in a way :!: it had a pop off front but it had broke a while back so i superglued it- as it was still fragile i only took it off in high risk areas :(

just fitted the side door- pain in the neck but ive eventually got it to shut like the old one!!!

Don't talk to me about badges

They pinched all mine :!:

Bought some new ones :D now too afraid to put them on :(

What do you do :?:

Webcam/camera's a good idea but nothing's ever happened at the house (yet) :? It's always while I'm on call :x

I've had my mirrors stolen :x But at least they did a neat job (didn't damage the painwork)

And having had the rear door lock forced with some kind of screwdriver/lever on my '96 van, I decided then that I was better off without and had it removed, welded and painted. Then did the same for my current van before they tried that one as well. (Central locking)
Also noticed that my 2000 van has internal reinforcement plates to help stop the 'drill me here' syndrome

While I still had my '96 van I noticed that the post '96 vans had an extra reinforcement collar fitted around their locks, so these were fitted without delay on the remaing front doors. Anything to make it even slightly more difficult in the hope that they'd move on to an easier target.

Front quarter windows are also a favorite. Changed three on my '96 van. Have become quite an expert replacing these.

A four legged friend might be the answer :!: :?:

But I prefer the Idea of electricution  :lol:or is that spelt electrocution

I'm now looking for a "touch" sensitive alarm before I put my badges on   can anybody help in this aerea :?: :?:

I fitted a "sports" steering wheel last week here's the piccs :D

Image

Image

It was just an old wheel i had knocking around its 14" but unfortunatly it obscures the view of the dash and the dish is not deep enough, as can be seen in the second pic and my hands keep knocking the wipers on :x
im gonna take it off till i can get a 15" one with a better dish, the boss i used was a astrali transit mk1/2 one and i modified the column to fit it by grinding away the rasied splines the other way is to modify the boss as explained in this thread :D

Sorry to hear about your braek in Luke, maybe you should have stuck to a casette player, nobody wants those now, not even the Pioneer ones.
