The Power steering I have started with fitting does not have long enough travel to let the steering go full lock to lock :roll:
So must figure out something else, found this on Ebay maybe that should be something I could use?

Have also welded in the slots/louvers in the left rear panel, these were removed when the car was converted into a "camper"

FredTransit helped me with measurements were they should be :D

And for 41 years its not that bad at all!

just a question, whee you have striped to bare metal, do you have to use etching primer to have a good bond to the metal? or just apply two pack filler and then paint over it?

Two pack epoxy primer first, but I will weld up everything and then sandblast the car and then use epoxy primer.
