I'm too scared to start stripping mine right down. Maybe one day! LOL Just want to get it on the road just now then in a couple years I'll do a complete refurb. Hopefully you guys will give advice etc ?? I'm thinking Red with white wheels?? Kinda like yours Trigger.

Okay, I can see the 30-51-054/5 doorstep sections, but what are the other two? Inner sills? and if so, what are their numbers as I need to do the same job on mine now. Strange what you notice when you dive underneath to drop the gearbox crossmember for an engine change :x

very nice mate, ive just wire wheeled all my arches n sill edges on my mk5 prior to m.o.t tday n painted them carefully with a brush n hammerite smooth, undersealed all my floor n chassis n m.o.t inspector said it was one of tidyest ten year old transits he,d seen, nxt job is cut roy out of bk doors n plate them up but think nxt year mite see a lot more resto work like yours, great inspiration

cant remember what the number where just asked for inner front sill at my local motor factors, these are off a mk4 cos i dont think they make them for a mk5, exactly the same panel though 8)
