Thanks already looked at that you can make out the outer corner panel but cant make out the inner panel dont no if they do them

Fitted new back door last night to replace the rotten one that was on there. Got my welder, Gas and auto helmet (god thats good) and started my practice

Cant say I've ever seen that panel for sale. Just make it up out of sheet steel

Will prob fit the outer ones first then that will give me the shape to make the panel and give me something to weld to at the bottom

Removed one of the spring hangers and welder one of the panels in feels like i am making very slow progress for the amount of ime i am spending on it.

Well been busy both spring hangers replaced and 3 bits of other welding done on the chassis also undersealed about half of the back of the van (what a mess i looked after that), Started on the cill under the sliding door and it is a mess the right hand corner is all rust and the inner cill has a big hole.I have cut it back but losing heart a little also the bottom of the side door is worse than i thought. Can you buy the inner cill

i have a couple of floor repair sections one for each side but im in walsall
£30 the two go from back of van to seam before the arch
im going to transit mania on sunday i can take them if your going
