These are still available and are galvanised, exactly what Ford should have done with the whole van!

Hi Tim, i had thought about getting a new floor panel, are they expensive?

Hi there, sorry  managed to post this in Ron's thread

Anyway, new floors are available, £96 plus £12 delivery, go forward to the rear of the sld opening.
Once the floor is removed, any necessary repairs to rear spring hangers and chassis rails will be a lot easier.

If I was you (or if I had to do my rear floor again) I would take Tim's advice on buying the complete rear replacement floor panel
I'd also budget for repairs to the chassis rails & rear spring hangers, you can also check/repair the inner rear arches easier while the floors out.

Managed to identify & almost rectify the electric windows problem today. :)

Spent some time studying the wiring diagrams in my TIS & realised my problem.
Dug out my 12 volt tester & bingo, One of my switches is/was faulty!

The passenger electric window only works if you have a working switch on the drivers passenger switch & on the passenger side.
As soon I put 2 red bottomed switches on them the passenger electric window worked 100% :D
The all black switch that was originally on the passenger side is/was faulty
Managed to get it all installed & all the trim put back together :D

Now I just need to contact the seller of the doors & sort out a replacement switch, pop it on & then all will be working 100% :)

What parts would I require to make the central locking remote?
