Were you playing Numb by Portishead? I know a couple of guys who've blown subs playing that.

Ive seen subs do that when the box is compleatly sealed. You should have some breather holes in a home made box to equalise the presure otherwise pop!
When this baby hits 88mph were gonna see some serious sh*t!

Yo guy, If I can make it to north weal on Sunday we will have a look at you bx and subs and see what we can do.

Things with sounds are its all just trial and error. I had my set up in my van for the past 2 years I have changed it so many times, never ever finished tuning it as ever song is different. But then again I find this a joy messing about all the time lol.

BAck to the A/C

Orderes today a centre duct and heater box jumper loom :D £39 from ford

going to use a MK5 heater box and mod the extra switches onto it as finding a MK6 one is a b*****d

Then all i need is a pully for the compressor but thats not vital, couple of relays for the fans and replace the rad at some point

Also ordered a Low profile LED lightbar 8) Its a parasource recovery special

Basically a 60" bar 4 front, 4 rear, 4 corner amber LED/s as standard and i am haveing Alley lights, rear spots, stop/tail/indicator and rear alternating amber plus an extra pair of rear led modules

Only thing is its not cheap

got the condencer in, replaced the fans with the FWD leccy ones,

Only snag is the compressor looms both have female plugs so they are identical and wont plug together

fans work, all pipes are in, loom is in but not connected, just got under the dash left to do next weekend.

managed to get away with the RWD rad so nothin to worry about there just had to mod the mounts and now my EGR controller dont fit so i shall move it sometime

should be ready for gassing next week 8) 8) 8)
