Actually I found a '87 Transit Westfalia Nugget nearly like mine. It's white, has less kilometers and runs on carb. Good condition. I feel like buying it, but have to look at it first. Transit-fiever

Could be repaired. But sill engine, transmission, axle and so on are old. The inside is destroyed as well and a welded car will rust again. So it's much better to have the new one. Still the car has some history.

I Would like that roof and the bed to put on a tourneo minibus did have one once but sold it GUTTED

Yesterday I took the stuff I'd need for my new van. And it is worse than it looks.. The seats, the rear seats, the kitchen, everything done. Only things I could take where some of the platic windows, the sink, the cooker and some of my stuff I left in the car. Roof is ok, but I took the window out of it. Anyway for those of you that are interested: the car is 500km from my home, so I can't go there and get you this or that. Also I have to pay for every day parking it at the towing-service, so they'll crush it now. If I'd have a big yard or sth, would have been another story, but with an apartement I can't keep a car like that. Sorry!

Not the original, but I found a similar Westfalia Transit on the road. It's nice to see them running as they are a bit exotic compared to the everywhere available VW T4.
