ETIS suggests that it's limited to 70mph, is this still the case?

if you don't want those pipes... they'd make lovely bollards around the door of my new freezer (filled with concrete) stop the forklift bashing into it

if you're interested, just leave them out and text me how much, I'll knock it off your tripe bill tomorrow ?

no worries wither way tho :-)

you can get spray on stuff they use in freezer wagons,

never used it because it's not tough enough for me sliding/dragging heavy pallets in/out every day, but it should be perfect for you ?

when I looked, it was £60 a tin, and I think there was enough in a tin to do the back of a van with some to spare

no idea what it's called now tho :-(1

Sounds about right that might be what's in the back, back bit Where the jetter was
wouldn't it need a fancy gun though?some sort of chopped strand fiberglass stuff
:?

it's just some kind of epoxy spray on stuff from what I remember, no fancy gun needed

someone told me you can get a pro. to do it for a couple of hundred quid, no idea if it's true or not, but might be worth looking into

I've had vans fibreglass'd before, floor, bulkhead, and sides up to bulkhead hight was £1500

bit pricey tbh, I had 2 done because I was impressed with the first one... but neither of them lasted very long with the heavy stuff we carry... and I think I could have done just as good of a job myself with stuff off ebay tbh!

before the heavy pallets wore through it, it was great... piece of cake to wash the vans out, just toss some hot soapy water in the back before you drive home.... driving sloshes it around and then it all runs out the side door when you go around a corner

easy to clean too, looks like new after a quick jet wash

you'd need to ply line it first, but you'd only need thin ply for most of yours ?
