Aaaand it says that the turbo is mechanicly stuck! So the test won't go on..
Why is a brand new refurbished turbo stuck? Could it be that the actuator is causing it.. I mean it is electrical, and a couple of times I've seen an error saying something about the multi connection wire to the turbo/actuator... Or will a working never be stuck..

Hmm.. Not was I was hoping for... And I must say I'm a little bit worried, as the company haven't responded on my email when I asked about them testing it. I found a note in the box where it shows that it's been tested... I have no reason to doubt this, but now I need to find out if I have a faulty turbo or if something else in the chain is causing it.

Any suggestions on what to start with?

Undo the actuator rod like you did on the old turbo and see if you can move the rod to turbo and that means the turbo, don't force the black box because it is geared.

Just had the rod off, and the turbo moves like new. Is is very easy to move and no sounds or anything.
The turbo test says the same, that is stuck... Or possibly stuck..

And I get the P251A error still.. But I also get sometimes.. The injector error fra injector nr. 1 (which one is that?)

I will be at the mechanic all day tomorrow and we start with mounting the lift in the back. But after that it's down to changing the belt that is noisy (or what it is)
I hope that will make a difference in the brake situation..
And then the turbo.. It's funny why the IDS says it's stuck when the rod moves..

I will do the injection test when I'm there, but hope that it is something... Damn, they are expensive!! They are 250-300 pounds..

Any suggestions on what I can or should do is much appreciated

Ignore p0251A it refers to hardware you don't have!

To remove the fault go to service functions where you do the pump and pilot learns and look down until you see RPM limiting, go into that and follow the procedure and set rpm limiting to 'none' (it is currently set to 3 speed but you don't have the resistance ladder hardware fitted, I've never seen 1 yet!)

When that is done, clear and read codes and it'll be gone.

To explain, the 3 speed basically when working allows you to press the brake and clutch in a sequence and the rpm at tickover changes, eg standard is about 850rpm then maybe you can set 1000rpm 1200rpm 1300rpm, you might want this if you have a caravan or trailer and want the extra rpm to allow you to manouvre or whatever.

That's what i interpreted when i read it anyway lol.

We do have hill launch assist and hill decent assist nowadays and also other means to change the rpm.

This is the last time I'll repeat this

I had a feeling... I have about 5000 posts on the forum I own about coffee, so I know all about the small little things one can say... But I must say that it is a bit easier in my own language and to people whom I've written with/too over some years

Your English grammar is excellent, this is a great forum but good info can get lost unfortunately, it would be cool if we could all have a 'reply' box each, where we can select a reply that we've previously written and saved. That would be cool i guess but even then it may go wrong lol.

I was getting a new error code on the turbo and it now says that the electrical connection is bad or there is no ground. I sure hope to find an obvious error in the garage tomorrow...
And why not F**k something up, while I´m at it... So now I just joined til the rcm-club... Damn, I could not get out of the menu and now I have a flashing airbag light....
