You've made a really nice job of restoring your van, you should be proud, it looks as good as new now. Its nice to see MK1's getting saved as they must be rare, nice job 8)

Thanks but it looks better on the photo
The welder was another as I was used to some modern machine from my brothers work where the wire feed adjust's itself so I have to get used to it.
my brother offert his help but I'did it my self else you never learn
angelgrinder was a big friend :lol:
it was also a halve year ago since I had welded and I'm only a cnc turner so no welding there. :lol:

Ha oke my missus bought one of those self adjusting welders to ,and yes you have to get jused to them :roll:
You stil dooing a nice job there.
I leaned welding dooing up my 19-76 MK2 escort Van when i whas eighteen (long ago)
Worked in a garage and the Bos must have tought its better for me to learn welding on me own car than on a customers one. :wink:

I made a little progres last week.
I mount the bumper and whitened the grill.
