yeah spent an hour or so googling last night so many varients but what i'll do next is measure up my brother in laws golf as that has the 1.9di 130ps engine and see if it will go in

my mate in the breakers tells me they have a couple of those engines out on the ground so ill try and get out there for a butchers at them some day, do a bit of measuring and take a camera if i think of it!!

i managed to measure one (1.9Tdi) this weekend and it'll drop in no problem with space to spare
