The front pulley has a torsional vibration damper in it to reduce vibration in the driveline (transmission, diff etc.) and to counter-act the torsional flex in the crank.
I have seen a zetec destroy it's oil pump with the damper replaced with a billet steel one

I'm thinking where should I put the exhaust :?
-Out the roof?
-Out the front wing?
-Out the bonnet? :twisted:

up the sides like a truck should! chromed grills around even if you cut out tunnels in the sides of the van from floor to roof. would look boss! 8)

Yeah I like it :) Would look crazy with TRANSIT written backwards on the bonnet in luminous vinyl :lol:
