Been a while thought I'd do a bit on the mk1
I'm doing gearbox crossmember I've turned around one end of mk5 auto crossmember both sides
Also putting captive nuts in chassis with reinforced plates pictures hopefully will explain the rest

Yep all welded last night just grind the welds off and gearbox crossmember will be bolted up tonight
So that's engine & gearbox mounts done
Also been doing a bit on tailgate alignment before I do back panel,
Also ground off welds on nearside rear arch
