As i thought id be putting primer on friday night before transitmania
So van all masked primer in gun friday evening and down comes the rain.
As most good plans usually go tits up.sat morning 7.30 remasking van
Strange looks of neighbours but by 10 am primer on van.
Mrs .kids .dog .tents and most of all the beer loaded and on the m6
Absolutly brilliant weekend as usual although weather looked a bit grim early sunday morning but cleared nicely.nice to catch up with people and meet new ones.
Bonus totally unexpected as van nowhere near finished took two trophies

Some exeleny quality vans
Nothing like a great show to get you motivated
Thanks to everyone who voted

I voted for you, well deserved too. It's more the idea and effort that wins it for me, and I think yours had some of the most, only beaten by Nick as he finished his

I voted for you too Pat, and it was really nice to meet you and yours. I think you've been innovative and I'm dead impressed you didn't scrupulously plan it out - you obviously have a flair for this

Ok not much done since transitmania,
But did adjust the diesel pump, makes a world of differance.
So yesterday took it a run up to hull to pick some mk1 capri wings up for a mate
it was first time id been any distance since i did pump
And was very impressed with the extra performance and didnt really
Alter the economy,it now goes up hills much faster and cruises on motorway easily
So hopefully in next few weeks should be starting to redo the body
A few changes to be made and still not straight enough for me to be happy with
So looks like im cutting drivers side bodyline out and replacing
