could your dyno fit a 200ps SHT

Forgot to measure door height but reached up and could only just touch it!?

Today fitted pressed number plates ( legal font) and mullered off the threaded bolt sections with mole grips that the passenger side grab rail fits onto so I could fit the new plain ( unholed)" A" post trim.

They just strapped the rear axle down ! Made circa 130ps as expected ,( with 100 injectors) feels amazing though , superb throttle response, defo a keeper for any 100/115. 2 ex rac's getting about 29mpg as well even with the 5.11 axle

My 110 stg 2 tune made a shudder free 155ps last week, which pleased me as i know that's what's yours made lost about 3 mpg though !!! still not totally. happy with that one

Will re run it with 140 injectors prior to fitting 140 turbo /140 software. Very curious to know what difference they alone will make to the numbers.

What's the target? 200 ps from a 2.4?

170ps & 450nm's is the target with all stock hardware. A regular reliable tune with no mpg penalty

The stock 200ps 5 pot makes 40ps per cylinder and 46-48ps tuned, it runs slightly more boost than a 140 and a different intercooler , the plan for stage 2 tuning the 140 is to measure exhaust gas temps and intercooler efficiency at 40ps per cylinder and beyond & go from there:)

Ply lined floor , laid tennis ball look rubber flooring and fitted new plastic step.





Painted half bulkhead / sub box / battery box in black wood stain ( advanced one coat blah blah ) but , 9 hrs on it hasn't dried much !! Was supposed to be touch dry in 2-4 hrs but its still tacky and streaky , I was hoping for a matt stain rather than an oily varnish look , aarrghhh.

May as well had ! Looks pants , I don't want it's maiden voyage to be in silence. ( Ford Fair )

May have to scrub if with some solvent if its no better after a whole day. Or find some acoustic matting utilising the paint as glue ! - Do you know any local suppliers Adam?
