How are you going to get round the abs on the mk7 axle I've been told it won't work on the mk6?

Stephen Ferguson got it working by transferring the mk6 abs rings on to the mk7 axel, welding
Was involved, but he had it all working :D

Brakes will still work.

Although may end up with ABS light on. Not sure on that one. Never done one on a mk6 with ABS.
It will be something I can easily sort, even if it means retro fitting mk6 ABS ring & sensor onto mk7 hubs 8)

I've got abs light on at mo anyway lol due to a broken front wire so not fussed about that I've been offered a mk7 rear axle that's been redrilled to fit bmw wheels so just wanted to make sure it would be ok

Yes brakes will work no problem. I don't think BMW alloys will be any good for a van - Load rating
