Hi
Yes we have done a lot of welding on the two "brothers" or maybe they are the two "sisters"
Fun beeing able to finish something on the car :D Then it is attacking the next rustdevil and throw him out.
Then weld new shiny metal plates on and on and on 8)

Not so much done on the Transit the last 7 days (lot of work in the house, I am making up a new washing/bathroom and a new garage. a LOT OF WORK BUT GETTING THERE hopefully finished in about the spring, so has to find some more hours in a day than 24 :D )
Got some new parts for the Transit =
Bought the electrical power steering, NOS rear reflectors, NOS silver headlamp bezels, universal joints for the propshaft and exhaust manifold stud kit with bronze nuts.
Filled the gas bottle again for the welder and a lot of angle grinder flap and cutting discs.
So I am ready to start again but first I have to help a friend to mount in his new engine for his 535 Bimmer

Hi Ketil,
Sounds familiar, things that keep you away from working on your project
I'm interested to see how you'll fit electrical power steering. From what car did it come from.?I had the same intention myself and bought a Toyota Yaris one. But no real plan how to proceed yet

I have bought a kit yesterday, will take some days before I have it but it is from a Opel Corsa I think.
