Hi all!

I have the windshield finally in, after 3 hours and 7 attempts it was in there in 10 minutes.
Normally you put the glass there with a rope but did not succeed, the window cleaved too much if you pulled the rope a third around
That called for another approach with two ropes one above and one below in the middle and we started again, we`re ready within 10 minutes
(what a round window they dont make it this way anymore and I know why)

is there anyone with the same experience or was it my window :?: :?:

As I wrote earlier, I sat with my sliding windows,My frames were rotten and the rubber so dry that I've found another solution on

last two days at work was the CNC milling machine free (through the holidays)
so I used it Here a few pictures
the welding in the first picture is of my brother, I can not weld aluminum

Thanks guys :)
It has cost me nothing just time, my boss has given the material and my brother did welding.
It took +-30 hours work but it does not matter.
I post a picture when it's done

a happy new year all :D

hi all.

I had been busy last week created new channel for the sliding doors and made bolts for the bumper (I had to grind them off by rust), paint the bumper bolts ent put it back on.
