sorry no pics (just completely forgot ) - i'll take some tomorrow

got the twin turbos off today and ive had it in the engine bay so that the bonnet would shut and the front panel would fit, but i need to remove the front pulley to get it in the correct position - i'm 95% sure i wont have to touch the bulkhead - might have to trim the crossmember but i'll only find that out when i remove the pulley just working on getting it as low as possable

Engines in - no bulkead mods needed loads of room for the rad too

one for browny


few mods will be needed tho the rad to fit, the top hose body is in the way - 1st thoughts are to make a new one but i'll see if anything else will fit also the water pump sticks out a bit far but i'm sure there will be a way round this

the pipe and the bolt on the water pump need chopping off

Youll have to get one of those POLO rads Luke, the one with a hole in the middle....

exhaust manifold will be tight with a tubular one - if i could get some accurate measurments i'd buy one today but if it wont fit a cast log type one will definatly fit but they are import from USA and lots more £££
the other side the standard inlet plenumn wont fit but i could either get an aftermarket one which looks an easy fit or make one up - if i go for the top mounted intercooler then i'll have to make one or mod one anyway

at the moment i'm looking into engine mounts - i want something heavy duty as the standard one had both broke in the car but i dont want to ruin the everyday ride quality with something too hard

i'm also thinking of making a cradle to add a bit of strength joining 1 chassis leg to the other with the engine sat on it like sundowner has on his

I'm sure you could countersink the pulley and use a flush fitting Alen Key bolt

What bore is the pipe? I have some ribbed flexi pieces around somewhere, you are welcome to them if they are the right bore
