not actually done owt else but had 2 trips into kent and touch wood running sweet. i did tighten up dizzy again yesterday. held today so seems well.
got a bit of a knock coming from one head sounds like a rocker or something. :(
Also think there might be a bit too much oil in it after a mate serviced it... wasnt cheap either
drives fine but must investigate soon!

Earlier on it was running on 5, found one of the HT leads caught on a hot exhaust stud. moved the lead and its ok again now- PHEW!! :P

got tooted up and waved to by some bloke in a black mk7 sport (_ _ _ recovery)on way home tonight after he caught up with me in the a13 queue... i smoked him away from the tolls but we went in different tunnels, and mine was going faster lol 8) 8)

hoping tomo to at least get the other heater box out of shed and into the van !! if i get a chance i might pull off the left rocker cover and see whats occurring there. hopefully a rocker needs tightening

saw high 90 s earlier whilst feeling brave for a few seconds, then backed off.from 70 to 90 not changing gear is about 5 seconds. the engine would eventually get to 6500 rpm in 5th but thatd be so scary and approx 120mph lol imagine that 4.56 screaming so will never know actual top speed!

Right, today i didnt actually bolt seats in but measured out where i want them and used some red paint to mark floor where to drill.

Got some bolts and washers and nuts and nylock nuts so as soon as i get a metal bit that aint BLUNT ill be able to get em bolted down!!!
